september Caprese Days

Preorder NOW and pick up on Wednesday, September 3 or Wednesday, september 10 from 4-6 pm for our favorite summer sandwich!

We’ll see you on the day of your choosing for pickup.

Caprese sandwiches are:

Fresh homemade nigella seed-dotted cashew milk mozzarella, lightly salted local heirloom tomato slices, sweet and savory black garlic sauce, fresh local basil, and basil-dressed greens on a 6” ciabatta. Perfect for a lil summer dinner picnic.

Contains nuts and wheat. Cannot be modified! Sandwiches are all made fresh Wednesday afternoon.

New to nigella seed? It’s delicious. Nutty, onion-y, herbaceous: the nigella seed is often added to fresh cheeses in Eastern Europe and the Middle East. It pairs perfectly with the salty creaminess of the cheese. Will look like this, but with little sesame-like seeds inside :)
