Q: What’s the best way to Get to Miss Rachel’s Pantry?

A: Miss Rachel's Pantry is located at 1938 S. Chadwick Street in South Philadelphia. Chadwick is a sweet, partially residential block that runs between 16 and 17, and McKean and Mifflin. Driving, SEPTA, taxi and car shares all work great! Limited street parking around here is free. If you have any trouble parking, there is a $5 lot on McKean Street, between Broad & 15th. We are accessible via SEPTA's Broad Street Line, and buses that run Southbound on 15th and 17th Streets from Center City. Use 1938 S CHADWICK ST PHILADELPHIA, PA, 19145 for navigation.

Q: How do I make a reservation?

A: All reservations are booked online here. Look at our calendar for available dates and do plan ahead . . . We have limited seating and all dinners are booked in advance! For assistance, please email EAT@MISSRACHELSPANTRY.COM

Q: Is Miss Rachel’s Pantry BYOB?

A: Yes! Miss Rachel's Pantry IS BYOB. Bring a bottle or two! There's no corkage fee. Guests bring anything from wine and beer to kombucha and sparkling cider.

Q: what about Non-Alcoholic beverages?

A: Non-alcoholic beverages are included in the price of dinner. We serve fair trade coffee, organic tea, and seasonal beverages like apple cider and lemonade.

Q: Is there a Dress Code?

A: Dress as you like. You look fly.

Q: When should I arrive?

A: Dinner begins at 7 pm, unless otherwise noted, and normally runs until 9:30 or so.

Q: How mUch is dinner?

A: Dinner at the Pantry is $65 per guest and includes gratuity. We require seats to be paid for in advance, so no money needs to be exchanged at the meal.

Q: can I bring my children?

A: We prefer our public dinners to be adults only. Children of all ages are welcome at private parties.

Q: what is your cancellation Policy?

A: Dinner reservations: We understand that sometimes you have to cancel your reservation. By purchasing a seat at a public dinner, you are committing to this particular date. You may certainly give the seat to a friend if you cannot attend. Seats purchased for our public Dinners at the Pantry are non-refundable UNLESS we can fill your seats - we will make our best effort to do so, but sometimes have a hard time doing this last minute. If you can't make it, and it's at least two weeks before your reservation, you can reschedule for another dinner falling within 30 days of your original reservation.

Private parties: To reserve our dining room for a private party or cocktail party, we require a 40% deposit. You are entitled to a full refund or a rescheduled date at no additional cost if you cancel with two week's notice. Once your booking is two weeks out, your deposit is non-refundable. In the case of inclement weather or emergency, the date will be rescheduled at an additional fee.

Q: are you 100% vegan?

A: Always.

Q: are You Kosher?

A: Miss Rachel's Pantry is under the supervision of the International Kosher Council and is certified Kosher except for Passover. We do not serve or prepare any dairy or meat EVER.

Q: What Catering services do you offer?

A: Miss Rachel's Pantry offers full service catering for your special events. Weddings, cocktail parties, dinner parties, lunch events, baby and bridal showers and more; we'd love to make your soirées, suppers and socials extra special by providing your guests with fresh, delicious vegan food.

Q: CAn you work with my chosen venue?

A: We work at a variety of venues in and around Philadelphia, and typically can travel up to one hour from our South Philadelphia location (and further if the destination is a preferred venue, such as Woodstock Farm Sanctuary). Contact us to discuss your plans! catering@missrachelspantry.com

Q: What if I would rather bring my Party to the Pantry?

A: We make our dining room available for private parties up to 24 guests for sit-down, and 28 for a more cocktail party atmosphere.
