January will be kabocha squash + leek dumplings in meyer lemon butter sauce with fresh basil and shaved hazelnut

Attendance: Limited to 12 guests. Plan to be with us for about two hours! Food allergies cannot be accommodated for classes.
What’s included: The all-inclusive individual price includes the demo, appetizer, dinner plate, and a sweet bite to end the night. Tax is added at checkout. The Pantry is BYOB.
Seating: Seats are sold individually. The tables in our dining room will be situated in a U-shape. If you book for two or a small group, you will sit next to your guest(s). All food will be individually plated :)
Bring: An appetite and questions, if you have them.
By purchasing a seat, you are committed to this particular date. You may certainly give the seat(s) to a friend if you cannot attend. Cooking classes are non-refundable. Please see our cancellation policies.
