SUMMER COOKING DEMOS…
…hosted by Rachel in the Pantry dining room! Join us in an intimate setting for a homemade cheese plate upon arrival, a demonstration of a beautiful summer dinner, and a plated meal after it has been prepared.
These three August classes are not a series! Each night, Rachel will prepare a handmade vegan ricotta gnocchi with sweet corn cream sauce, griddled corn, tomatoes, ricotta, and beet pancetta.

Cost: Class is $130 per person. Seats are sold individually.
Attendance: Limited to 12 guests. Plan to be with us for about two hours! Food allergies cannot be accommodated for this event.
What’s included: The all-inclusive $130 individual price includes the demo, appetizer, dinner plate, and a sweet bite to end the night. Tax is added at checkout. The Pantry is BYOB.
Seating: The tables in our dining room will be situated in a U-shape. If you book for two or a small group, you will sit next to your guest(s). All food will be individually plated :)
Bring: An appetite and questions, if you have them.
By purchasing a seat, you are committed to this particular date. You may certainly give the seat(s) to a friend if you cannot attend. Cooking classes are non-refundable. Please see our cancellation policies.
