Vegan Basics Cooking Class - March 22


Join us for a two-hour public cooking class in the kitchen at Miss Rachel's Pantry on Wednesday, March 22 at 7 pm. 

This class features just 4 spots, so expect an intimate evening with chefs Rachel & Rodger where you'll learn the basics of cooking a vegan meal, focusing on plant-based ingredients. Participants are able to work hands-on or spectate as they feel comfortable. This is a basics class, perfect for vegan cooking novices. Emphasis will be placed on learning versatile techniques for cooking seitan and tofu. 

This class ends in a meal and BYOB is encouraged. 

Please note, we use a great deal of cashew and coconut products in our kitchen and are unable to tailor a class to omit these ingredients.
