Dinner reservations- We understand that sometimes you have to cancel your reservation. By purchasing a seat at a public dinner, you are committing to this particular date. You may certainly give the seat to a friend if you cannot attend. Seats purchased for our public Farmhouse Table dinners are non-refundable. With the exception being New Year's Eve dinner and other calendar holidays, if you can't make it, and it's at least two weeks before your reservation, you can reschedule for another dinner falling within 30 days of your original reservation.
* We will email a reminder a few days before your reservation.
* To reserve our table for a private party or cocktail party, we require a 40% deposit. You are entitled to a full refund or a rescheduled date at no additional cost if you cancel with two week's notice.
* A refund will NOT be given for a day-of cancellation for a private party. In the case of inclement weather or emergency, the date will be rescheduled at an additional fee.
Casserole Club orders can be cancelled with full refund if cancellation occurs with at least 24 hours' notice. Payments for cancellations that occur within 24 hours will be moved to customer credit and can be applied to future orders within 30 days.
