We do a lot here at Miss Rachel's Pantry... all to bring you delicious vegan cuisine. We're a vegan meal delivery and catering company, and every Saturday night we host four-course dinners at our communal farmhouse table. We also bring you off-site catering and accommodations for private parties! Founded by chef/writer/vegan Rachel Klein, Miss Rachel’s Pantry was born out of a desire to feed homestyle vegan eats to anyone and everyone.

Hello there friend...may ask you a question? Do you know those times where you've wished that a moment could last forever? Well if you've bitten into Miss Rachel's Sweet Barbecue-Style Seitan, or her Open Face BLT Bites, then I'm sure you do. If not, well friend, you've lived an incomplete life.
These and other culinary masterpieces were recently featured at my wedding, and the response from all in attendance was the same: "Amazing!" My blushing bride and I couldn't agree more. Yes friend, that moment will linger forever in my memory as one of the happiest in my life. Never before has a meal so well satisfied the very yearning of one's soul. The tantalizing aroma, the cavalcade of flavors dancing about one's taste buds...each dish was more delicious than the last.
As I sit back and reminisce I am forced to wonder how much work could go into constructing such a moment...but wonder I must, for the process of working with Miss Rachel and her wonderful staff was not only effortless, but thoroughly enjoyable.
Of course it goes without saying that I would, whole heartedly, recommend Miss Rachel's Pantry for any and all catering needs...but recommend, is just not strong enough a word. That's right friend, I would IMPLORE you to avail yourself of all Miss Rachel has in her pantry. These moments need not be saved for such special occasions as weddings, bar mitzvahs, and corporate functions! These moments can be, and are, made every day at Miss Rachel's Pantry...and they are there now, warm and delicious, waiting for you! - Matty B

Thank you again for the amazing food and perfect service! Everyone at the wedding was raving about how friendly and helpful the servers were and how great all the food tasted - and there were only 2 other vegans in the bunch. Everyone was so impressed! I actually had to re-tie the sash on my wedding dress because I was so full from your amazing food! And I was happy to do it, I was definitely not one of those brides who didn’t get to eat on her wedding day. I made sure we were the first to go through the buffet line and piled my plate high. We ate the leftovers the next day and they were still delicious! Rachel, thank you again for being so super nice as well. You were so helpful while we were planning the menu and I never once felt like I had to worry that the food wouldn’t be amazing on our wedding day. I just tried Miss Rachel's Hammie with spinach and red skin mashed potatoes. The meal was the ultimate, generous portions delicately seasoned, it was both delicious and nutritious. The caramelized hammie was sweet and savory with a hint of brown sugar, the potatoes were creamy and infused with a dash of garlic, the spinach which is so often overcooked when dining out was sauteed to perfection AND Miss Rachel delivered it with a smile, you can't beat that. - Jim M

We ordered three entrees from Miss Rachel's Pantry and were extremely impressed. I have never had vegan french toast before, and was a little worried when I first saw it, but after the first bite I was sold. Rachel doesn't just cook for me -- she creates and pampers, with masterfully planned concoctions of all varieties. When I first tasted one of her balanced, delicious meals, I knew this is what "home cooked" is supposed to taste like, even though I've never had vegetarian home cooking that good. For my birthday, my boyfriend surprised me with having Miss Rachel over to prepare a vegan dinner. Not only did her bubbly personality instantly set the atmosphere for a great evening, but her professionalism in quickly setting up, cooking, and cleaning up made her the best dinner guest ever. Oh and the FOOD! Girl can bring it! Her home cooking left us feeling guilty as we moaned over the tofu and licked the sauce off our plates.
